Wireless Sales Representative (bilingual)
We are looking for an enthusiastic, goal-oriented Wireless Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys helping customers find the right technology solutions. What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers with wireless activations, upgrades, and account services.
- Present and sell devices, rate plans, and promotional offers (including “free phone” promotions).
- Drive accessory sales and bundle opportunities with every transaction.
- Meet and exceed individual sales KPIs and performance metrics.
- Educate customers on products, features, and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships.
- Maintain store appearance, merchandising, and inventory standards.
- Support team goals and contribute to a positive sales culture.
Key Performance Expectations:
- Gross activations and upgrades.
- Accessory attachment and bundle sales.
- Feature and protection plan offerings.

Qualifications:
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred (wireless experience is a plus but not required).
- Bilingual (Spanish/English).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability (including weekends).
- Basic technology proficiency and willingness to learn new systems.
